Close to the banks of the Loire and in the heart of the Vouvray appellation vineyard, this very bright and friendly contemporary house with a capacity of 8 people is the ideal place to visit Touraine and its Castles (Tours 10 min, Amboise 15 min, Chenonceau 30 min, Villandry 35 min, Blois 50 min, Chambord 60 min and ZooParc de Beauval 55 min).

The house is fully air-conditioned and organised on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms.

On the ground floor: a large main room with open kitchen fitted and generously equipped (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster) will allow you to share moments of cooking around the central island. The large living room has a large dining table and a very cosy lounge area with its smart TV. This room opens directly onto the large terrace.
