Covered by Faith Rentals is proud to offer the "Family Home" is unique since it is only 4 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 3 bedrooms on the main floor! Each bedroom has a queen size bed in it. We have a bed side rail and a pack n play. The bathroom is also located on the main floor and there also one downstairs. There are two full size couches to sleep on as well. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. 1928 house so hardwood floors do creak. Our driveway is right next to our neighbors driveway. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. Over 3,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 5 steps to get into the home, so it is easy access for most. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level.

A single-car garage is attached to the house. Please park in the garage/driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. At one time previous owners of the house had a cat in the basement and at times you can smell there was a cat in the basement.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely you will be able to check in early. We will message you through VRBO when you can get in.
