Covered by Faith Rentals is proud to offer the "Family Home" is unique since it is only 4 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 3 bedrooms on the main floor! Each bedroom has a queen size bed in it. We have a bed side rail and a pack n play. The bathroom is also located on the main floor and there also one downstairs. There are two full size couches to sleep on as well. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. 1928 house so hardwood floors do creak. Our driveway is right next to our neighbors driveway. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. If this house is full please check out one of our other many houses we have to offer downtown.

Over 3,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 5 steps to get into the home, so it is easy access for most. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level.

A single-car garage is attached to the house. Please park in the garage/driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. At one time previous owners of the house had a cat in the basement and at times you can smell there was a cat in the basement.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely you will be able to check in early. We will message you through VRBO when you can get in.

Very nice and comfortable

This was a great place to stay over the holidays. Very comfortable, clean and a good location. Owner was readily available and responsive. I'd recommend staying here for 2-6 people.

Fine Place to Stay

This is a place set up for families. It's got plenty of space to spread out, and all the amenities were eminently adequate. Jessica was kind and responsive. And my wife and I enjoyed our time together in Rochester.

Great property

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. This property was perfect for the three sets of parents staying in town for the weekend. Super clean, close to everything and the house had everything you needed. Jessica was great at communicating and super responsive when messaged.

Relaxing and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully renovated with original wood floors and trim. The neighborhood is close to the grocery store and pharmacy which was very convenient. We were able to relax and get good rest. Jessica reached out to us a couple of times during our stay, which was very kind!

Lovely house in Rochester

This was a very attractive and well kept house to stay at. I believe it had on of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. It's close to numerous activities and sights in Rochester and has plenty of places to eat nearby. There are also plenty of games and activities to keep you occupied at this house if you'd wish. I recommend this house to anyone thinking of staying in Rochester.

Made surgery/hospital stay very pleasant.

Great experience with Jessica as she took extra special effort to make sure we were warm and cozy in bone chilling temperatures before and after heart surgery. Location was perfect to St. Marys. House was very clean, comfy, and livable for a few days of rehab before traveling. Would love to visit the area when I am healthy in the summer months and this would be the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

Mayo Clinic

Everything We Needed

We stayed here while my 3-year-old daughter had pre-op appointments and surgery at Mayo. My daughter and 9 month old loved having so much space to play/crawl around and all of the toys were amazing to keep entertained between appointments. The creaky floors were a little difficult to navigate after the kiddos went to sleep but definitely not a deal breaker 😆 Thank you so much for being a great place for my family to call home away from home during such a stressful time.

Great location, large space, comfy bedrooms

Large space with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the open space living and dining room area with lots of windows and sitting area. Pool table is not functional with all cues without tips and table was unusable . Not a huge issue but we were looking forward to playing pool. Overall nice place. We slept well and loved the convenient location to Mayo and great river walking trails, restaurants, etc.

Revitalized historic home with thoughtful extras

We met our son and granddaughter in Rochester for a weekend visit in this lovely old home. It was equipped with numerous games that allowed three generations to re-bond in fun activities. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen and baths were stocked with many necessities and extras. The owners even left pictures of the home's recent renovation, which gave us an appreciation of the refreshed upgrades that also maintained the house's original personality. My granddaughter left talking about plans for the next time we come to visit at the house. :-)

Wonderful girls weekend location!

Great house, great location, fun things to do, close to Mayo, breweries and good restaurants within walking distance, busy street but with windows closed you don’t hear any noise, large table with plenty of chairs for games. I would recommend some new towels but other than that the house had everything we needed! Plenty of room too!

Peaceful haven in RST

Went to RST for my husband’s surgery at St Mary’s Hospital. The house is 4 blocks from the hospital making it quite easy to go in and out. The home has 3 bedrooms, with open spaces, simple yet spacious and frankly peaceful. Heating was good (it was snowing and cold outside). This is not a place I came to vacation to but to be a caregiver and just being able take a break in the middle of the day, walk to the house and go back without having to use a car much was a blessing. Jessica the owner was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend it.

We were here for a pool tournament.

We were there for a pool tournament. The place was great and very clean! Parking was a little confusing when you have multiple cars. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

Family Medical Visit

Such a lovely home located within waking distance to Mayo and stores. Everything we could possibly need was at the house and Jessica is a wonderful hostess! I highly recommend staying here and we will again!

Very Clean , relaxing stay

We had a great stay at this home. My daughter had major surgery and this place was in a great neighborhood close to St Mary’s hospital and Mayo Clinic. The owners are Very accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we have more hospital stays in the near future

Wonderful accommodations close to St. Mary's Hospital

The house is very nice and comfortable, perfect for the 3 of us who were in Rochester for a scheduled surgery. The location 4 blocks from St. Mary's Hospital is ideal. Walking-distance access to a park and river trail are a bonus, as is quick access to shopping. I highly recommend staying here.
