Honestly, during the days I stayed there, the service was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was great—even the water temperature was perfect. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the customer service was outstanding; they truly look out for you, and everyone is very polite. I honestly had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again. God bless you all, and thank you!

We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT.
