Wonderful home away from home. Super easy walk to Mayo. Tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable spaces to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome older home that has been extremely well taken care of. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have done an excellent job having it well stocked with everything needed to make a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if needed!

Wonderful home with vintage charm and updated amenities. SO convenient to Mayo Clinic, just a short 10-12 minute walk. This is particularly important due to all the construction at mayo which makes parking a challenge. The home has amazing original features and also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive, restaurants are walkable or a very short drive.Tim was a fabulous host and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

A great place to land after a day of testing.

We absolutely loved the property. From the wood floors to the craftsmanship to the decorating, really a welcoming place. Well equipped with everything we needed. We would gladly recommend this spot to anyone needing to be close to Mayo or just needing a place in Rochester.

Relaxing Recovery

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing with plenty of room for more than my wife & I. The couches & beds were comfortable and as close to home as it could be without being home! The location to St. Mary’s & Mayo Clinic is perfect & this all helped my recovery after surgery go perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice house, great location

This house has definitely had some TLC. Nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. It was nice to sit on the back porch as well.The location is great—we easily walked to St. Mary’s.We especially appreciated how easy it was to be in touch with Tim and appreciated his quick response.
