Vision home is only 3 miles from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Mary's. 3 beds and 1 bathroom are on the main floor. Half bath in the basement. 3 bedrooms, 2 have queen sized beds and 1 king. 2,200 square feet for you to enjoy. 1 Full sized couch to sleep 7th person on. Relax in a safe neighborhood. Main floor laundry. Hardwood floors. We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and 8 blocks to Walmart grocery store. If this house is full please check out one of our many additional houses downtown.

Clean and Cozy

Very comfortable home for our overnight stay. Clean and cozy with lots of nice touches like labels on cabinets and notes on how to use the TV remote.

Moving to Rochester

We just moved to Rochester and needed a place to stay one night before we could move into our new home. Jessica was very understanding of our situation and communicated with us. The home was easy to locate, in a quiet area and was the perfect set up for our family with one room on one side of the home and two bedrooms on the other side. The basement had a great variety of toys and books that my two year old loved and the Roku TVs were great too!!

We went to Rochester for medical appointments. This was really a great place to stay that was close to the appointments and very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

Needs better bath tissue. Needs more options in bed coverings - all that was available were comforters, way too heavy. Backsplash behind stove was dirty. Overall, it was fine for two nights.

Clean and updated

A very nice place to stay for family during Mayo visit. Extra clean, looks like all new appliances, and many updates all around. About equal distance to Mayo Gonda entrance and Mayo St. Mary entrance. Extra quiet location, seems very safe and secure. Everything needed for cooking was there, and Walmart nearby for anything else. Extra caring owner answers questions right away.

We stayed at this location while I had surgery at Mayo Clinic. The accommodation was very comfortable, well stocked and beds were comfortable. It was a bit to get to Mayo. Ubers were about $10 a trip, FYI. Do be careful pulling into driveway as there are ditches on either side of driveway. In dark coming from different direction than approach before my friend turned a bit to early and went into ditch-did some damage to her car. NE CAREFUL. Very happy with stay in this VBRO.
