• Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and guests may arrive anytime after that. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor.
• One parking space is provided immediately beside the house. It is a narrow parallel parking spot but accommodates most standard vehicles.
• The home is just a short walk from East Ave and Alexander Street, where you`ll find many of Rochester`s most popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.
• Located on a small alley just off a main road, the property offers extra privacy while remaining centrally located.
• Like many homes in Downtown Rochester, this is a classic older property. We take great pride in keeping it exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comfortable for every guest.

☀ A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, and a 300.00 dollar hold will be placed as a security deposit.
