The staff were very helpful. You could hear all of the running and jumping from the floor above ours. The bathroom tubs calking needs be changed out to new. There is some mold in the corners. We did not always get the best TV reception. The pool and jacuzzi are available 24 hrs a day. There is a continental breakfast we were unable to try.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were two kinds of excellent soups being served when we arrived at 6pm with bread and crackers... we've never seen a hotel do that before! The breakfast was great, too!

I got there late the day I stayed there but I had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front to get checked in and there was no sign or anything saying anyone would be back or out on the property — the best staff person I came into contact with was the lady that helped with the breakfast— she was so friendly and helpful— the room was small and crammed but clean — the TV wasn’t hooked up so I had to do my own IT and figure out how to fix it— the breakfast was good with several options.

When we checked in they had something called "Soup Therapy" in the breakfast area that ran from 6:00pm til 7:00pm. Soup Therapy was complimentary beef stew for all of the guests and it was very good. The breakfast in the morning was the best we had on our 11 day trip. A small Western Omelette with Maple Sausage and Breakfast Potatoes. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.
