One-side of a duplex home: 1,500 Squarefeet w/ your own private entry, parking, laundry, kitchen, etc.

1 level living (no stair). 2 miles to Mayo, Target, Hyvee, gas stations...Fully furnished home w/ Breakfast included. Smart TV & Fridge w/ Superfast internet & NetFlix included. Easy self-check-in keypad. A few blocks to the bus stop.

Modern/spacious interior. Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, pots, pans, and washer/dryer at no additional cost.

Fireplace & private deck. 3 parking spaces
The space
Quiet neighborhood with many trees, near a school. I'm a single professional who lives on the other side of this up-and-down duplex house with my own separate entry + parking. You will have your own private entry, 1 garage parking, kitchen, etc. Snow removal and lawn care provided!

Clean/beautiful space with a fireplace, deck, and wooden floor. Internet Wifi, 65inches smart TV with NetFlix included, breakfast, and coffee included. Spacious and quiet with enough coffee, bottled water as well as the internet to make it a relax and productive stay! Super friendly host^_^!

You have your own one level living space with no stairs, which is very convenient, especially for the elderly or handicap.

Private entrance. No-contact self-checkin with smart lock. You have your own side of the house! High-speed WiFi (with Wifi range extender), 65inches smart TV with NetFlix included, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen and utensils, THREE bedrooms, extra pillows, extra blankets, iron, and ironing board.
