Waterfront Hot Tub On The Bay

Our serene family lake house on a private cove provides a peaceful, tranquil setting with stunning views of Irondequoit Bay. The home boasts 1600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 full baths with a primary bedroom ensuite. Perfect for those who love the water and to fish, kayak or just love to take in the sights and sounds of nature. Enjoy our hot tub, fire pit and dock for the perfect bay front getaway! Top notch amenities, location and ambiance. We aim to exceed your expectations for your stay. By booking this property, you acknowledge under this rental contract and agree, per Town of Irondequoit regulations:
(1) Maximum property occupancy is 6 people.
(2) Maximum on-site parking provided is 2 vehicles.
(3) On-street parking is prohibited; and
(4) You must abide by a Code of conduct including adherence to our Good Neighbor policy.
(a) The short-term rental is in a residential area in the
Town of Irondequoit, and renters should be considerate of the residents in neighboring homes.
(b) Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
(c) All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law ยง 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
(d) Littering is illegal; and
(e) Recreational campfires, if permitted, must be
attended.

Weekend family getaway

Great location and space for two small families to get together. Kids loved the hot tub and the family of ducks that lived nearby. Adults loved the beautiful view. Only downfall was the weather.

Great stay for RIT graduation

This home was beautiful and clean and everything was just as pictured and described. We stayed here for a long weekend for our sonโ€™s graduation from RIT. It was a short drive to the college and to shopping, yet we felt like we were a world away at the lake. I would highly recommend this clean beautiful lake home.

shoreline cottage

Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy. Wonderful stay. Host was very responsive to all communications. Quiet neighborhood. Very central location in town; was able to visit family on the east and west sides quickly. Wegmans and plenty of restaurants nearby to get take out from - kitchen had plenty to work with. Parking above the cottage was convenient for guests to visit. Fish were biting the whole time. Hot tub and lake for a cold plunge allowed for some good self care - convenient and safe running trail at end of street.

We had a great stay at the house!! It is updated, very clean, & great size! The master bedroom, bathroom, & closet are HUGE which was perfect for my daughterโ€™s family (hubs, 3yr old & 1 yr old). The closet was big enough to serve as a bedroom housing the pack in play & 1 yr old which was perfect for naps & earlier bedtimes. The beds were comfortable. The dock, outdoor swing, fire pit, & hot tub were great!! We swam in the lake everyday. The water is deep so nothing is touching your legs! The ladder to get in/out of the water is a little tricky, but there is a shallow area down a bit you could use if necessary. Fishing was awesome off the dock! Ryan was VERY responsive and easy to work with! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Great stay

The house is wonderful! ๐Ÿ˜ Clean and spacious with lots of little extras to make your stay special. The kitchen had just the basics for cooking, a larger skillet, pitcher, and another baking sheet would be helpful. The owner was quick to help when we accidentally flipped the switch on the hot tub. He was very friendly and responds to messages promptly. Besides the overall quality of the home and the huge windows overlooking the bay, we also loved fishing off the dock, the hot tub, and the toy closet! Would definitely stay here again.
