The staff was very accommodating. We needed an accessible room and they were all taken, the manager was able to provide me with a shower chair and it was in the room when we arrived. All the hotel needs is hot breakfast available. There was plenty of parking even if you came with a trailer.

Spark in rock hill

We liked the hotel, the room we had was nice and comfortable. The elevator was missing a button on the panel and had broken tape over it. It was a little disappointing that the pool was closed for cleaning. Overall we had a good time and would visit again.

The people were great. My problem was the elevators. One has a button that is missing - which of course was my floor and the other was having issues. The room was clean the bathroom was clean but not spotless - I don't know why the corners don't get cleaned.
