The staff was very accommodating. We needed an accessible room and they were all taken, the manager was able to provide me with a shower chair and it was in the room when we arrived. All the hotel needs is hot breakfast available. There was plenty of parking even if you came with a trailer.

The hotel itself was a little run down but I absolutely loved the shampoo and soap smells. Shower was great, room was clean. They had some nice touches added. Bed was comfy.

Spark in rock hill

We liked the hotel, the room we had was nice and comfortable. The elevator was missing a button on the panel and had broken tape over it. It was a little disappointing that the pool was closed for cleaning. Overall we had a good time and would visit again.

All of the staff are very nice and it’s nice and quiet in the rooms but somehow my reservation got cancelled by EXPEDIA!! The staff helped me and gave me my reservation back.. I would like this looked into to find out why EXPEDIA cancelled my reservation.

Very comfortable, quiet, and a relaxing stay. What I don’t like about Hilton is the fact that me being a resident in the area disqualify me from staying at Hilton. Luckily I was able to stay. I booked the room through Expedia and NO WHERE on Expedia indicated that locals can not book at Hilton. Expedia allowed me the option to decline some type of coverage wherein Hilton required the coverage. Very misleading information. The hallway near the laundry area on the first floor had a strong smell of gas which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable
