"Springhill Suites by Marriott failed to meet our expectations, even during a brief stay. Despite claiming to only service rooms on the second night, they neglected to clean or pick up our room the second night. The shower was a major disappointment; the water pressure was nonexistent, resembling a gentle sprinkle. We had booked the room for four people—two adults and two girls. However, the hotel provided insufficient towels for our shower needs. There were only two towels and two washcloths, which was inadequate for four people. The gym was a cramped space with limited equipment for workouts. The pool was a tiny jacuzzi, hardly suitable for swimming. The lounge area for breakfast was in disarray, with only one person cleaning the space. The hotel’s overall appearance was dated and unappealing. It was disheartening to find that parking was charged at $10 per night, even though we were already paying for our stay. To make matters worse, the hotel’s location was inconvenient. It was situated within a mall or plaza, and every night, we had to endure traffic jams just to get through. I strongly advise against entering through the Chic-fil-A side; it’s a long wait. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a Marriott hotel and been charged for parking, which is a significant inconvenience."

"The hall way smelled very bad. The rug in the room was stained and dirty. The toilet in our room didn’t refill after flushing. We had to keep opening the tank to do it manually. We arrived close to midnight and we were only staying the one night so we just dealt with it."

"This is a hotel in desperate need of some TLC. It functions alright, but it is in a quite a sorry state - and I'm putting it kindly. The staff are polite and responsive and it has a big, free carpark for guests, but the hotel itself is quite lackluster with many issues. While the standard room was a generous size and had a decent refrigerator and microwave, parts of the carpet in my room were stained black and I found a used floss pick by the corner of one of the 2 queen beds. The bathtub had a gaping hole where the overflow drain was supposed to be and tub had been poorly painted to cover how dreadful it looked. The small "fitness center" was anything but. It had a couple of treadmills that I didn't use, so I've no idea if they worked; but there were also a couple of strength/resistance machines that were so old, they hardly work; and not a single free weight in sight. There is a tiny breakfast room, which is fine, but the breakfast for the most part, while made with the best of intentions, is unfortunately sub-par: the usual scrambled eggs made from powdered or pasteurized egg blends and small sausage links, along with waffle/toast making facilities - thankfully, you can fill your refrigerator with food supplies and use the microwave to get something more decent. A hotel like this is a place you only stay at for functional reasons - it was closest to where I was going . It really needs upgrading. Nothing fancy, just some basic tweaks that can make a world of difference."

"I have stayed here before and the room was clean and I felt comfortable. Parking was great and I felt safe . There was A Bug this time however it was only 1 the room felt clean . When I was leaving the staff at front desk looked horrified when I shared . He said he would address it right away. Everything else was fine I recommend !!!!"
