Fully remodeled in 2022, this is an elegant, oceanfront escape on the Northern Oregon Coast with a private balcony, direct access to the beach below, and an extraordinary location right among the dunes! You'll love the vaulted ceilings, radiant heating, and world-class views of the Oregon Coast through the west-facing walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.



    You'll find this condo on the second floor of Nedonna Views, a bright, contemporary, oceanfront complex on the north side of Rockaway Beach. A trail at the bottom of the stairs leads directly to the sand, and the condo's ocean views extend all the way to Neahkahnie Mountain. You'll also be within walking distance of Crescent Lake (just across Highway 101) and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Rockaway Beach one mile south.

Beautiful Views

Very spacious condo with breathtaking views of the ocean! Building was extremely quiet and peaceful. Not too much nearby though. Might be a bit more lively in the on-season. But if you're looking for some tranquility, you can find it here.

Great view. Clean. Need to do some repairs. Cannot ope from window without it falling out almost drop on me. Same with bedroom balcony door almost fell on me. Need to fix them before someone gets hurt.

Steps to the sand

The property was very clean and obviously well cared for. We were unimpressed with Rockaway beach- very limited shops and restaurants- overall a very sleepy town. The beach was beautiful but unfortunately for us was fogged in for our entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and newly renovated. Guests would really benefit from having a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. We were attending a wedding and I could only see myself from the shoulders up in the bathroom mirror. Most people I know like to check out their outfits before attending an event. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and the lack of any kind of curtains or shades made it very difficult to sit there in the late afternoon or evening. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with necessary supplies. One last thing- we would have really appreciated a few beach chairs! Overall a lovely place- but we won’t be returning to Rockaway.

We loved the great big condo and views of the beach. The beach was BIG too and there's hardly anyone around so if you're into watching the waves roll in & long quiet walks this is a great place for you. We found the master bed a little too springy and squeaky...it felt a little bit like sleeping in a hammock and there were some issues with our confirmations. For one thing when we first booked the trip we got an email from Vacasa or VRBO saying your trip has been booked and then a couple of days later we got another email saying hurry if you don't confirm your trip now you might loose the booking to someone else and so we tried following the links and ended up thinking the trip had been booked by someone else so we found another suite in the same building and booked again...only to realize soon after that the 1st booking had actually worked so now we were booked twice. Vacasa helped us clear this up but it was a bit of a hassle. Another hassle was that we hadn't yet received check in instructions when we left for the trip and so we were a bit less focused on the email when it came in since we were in the middle of our drive to the location...therefore we didn't notice that there was no code for the lock box for the keys included in the instructions. Again Vacasa helped clear that up but we were lucky it was during office hours I guess!

Great View, location and clean

This was a really hard review to do because the property was absolutely lovely, clean, with what an incredible location and view. We had two major issues however and two minor that put a bit damper on our trip. 1: When we booked this property is has listed that it had access to a hot tub, which was one of the main reason we rented the location. As we prepped for the trip and received information on the listing the hot tub was no longer on the description and when we arrived we found the hot tub, but it was completely torn apart for maintenance I suspect. I can not find any notice of this change and thus it seems rather deceptive. If we would have been notified in advance and offered a discount to make up for this loss we would be much happier. 2: We also got this property because it had a large bath tub. On our second night we went fill up the tub we realized there was no hot water to fill the tub. We checked everything we could think of and nothing worked. This was extremely disappointing especially after not having the hot tub. Minor #1: Although the property is super nice and designer, we found the couch and two single chairs very uncomfortable to sit in and watch the waves or TV. We brought out pillows and tried to improve on this but nothing much worked. This is not a deal breaker, but something much more comfortable would have really improved our stay. Last and also minor, The property was extremely clean but we found that the fitted sheet had a sizable stain.

This condo has a fantastic location with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the furniture in the living room was not comfortable.
