OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

SAFETY NOTICE
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES
Due to the home’s beachfront location, some sand may naturally find its way into the hot tub between guest stays, even after thorough cleaning. Our team does their best to maintain the tub, but a light presence of sand can occur as a result of the surrounding environment.

This is completely normal for coastal homes, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everything as clean and enjoyable as possible!

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, especially as this property is not fenced, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds and indoor or outdoor furniture.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

EVENTS
Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.
