I loved all the decor and how cozy this place felt. The hot tub area is perfect for relaxing. I recommend The Alaskan there is lots of space and plenty of beds for the whole family! The beach, restaurants, bars and some fun stores are all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Super cute rustic house in Rockaway beach. We stayed with some friends of ours and it was a great house for the 10 of us. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids. The house was clean and comfortable. I kept wondering if I could buy the place myself I felt so relaxed. It’s not a super fancy place but that’s not what we were looking for. We wanted a nice comfortable place to spend a few days and this do the trick. We really enjoyed it there.

Overall a beautiful home, stunning decor, nice and leisurely. Upon arrival we put in the address and got there very late at night which was to our disadvantage but the GPS took us to the wrong house. We tried entering the house it brought us to and realized it was not the right address. We reentered the address which was the correct address 3 times and it finally brought us to the right house. We entered the home and checked things over which is our "go to" when we stay anywhere and upon doing so my teenage children, wife and I found bottles of opened shampoo and cleaner, Corona bottle cap on the floor upstairs, cobwebs, game cabinet was messy all inside (so they left them alone), also our oldest teenage son found a pair of ladies underwear downstairs in that bedroom under the bed (he left them there), noticed that a few tiles on the kitchen counter specifically the bar top counter were cracked. We loved the area and enjoyed our stay overall. We left some items in the refrigerator hoping that the property owners would find them but we were unable to get information to the owners or the property managers. This was caused by poor communiaction through the VRBO app and Expedia. The wifi was very unstabble. A comfortable home but lacked the cleanliness and communication for us!
