This spacious, immaculate and well-appointed Oregon oceanview condo boasts an ocean-facing covered deck that offers unspoiled Oregon coastline beach views from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. From the deck, you can see and hear the ocean. It is a few steps to the beach for sun, sand & surf. Open, light-filled floor plan: well-stocked kitchen w/slate, granite & stainless. Huge windows surround the great room.

You're perfectly poised for exploration of the towns of the North Coast, including Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Seaside, and Astoria, not to mention natural areas for hiking, fishing, and water sports. Hop the historic steam engine for a ride to Garibaldi, walk miles of sandy beach, or relax in the comfort of this beautiful home.

Rockaway Beach abounds with activities, but being on the beachfront you'll likely spend a lot of time on the beach. Pack a picnic lunch and head out for an afternoon of combing the shore for sand dollars and sea glass; if you make your way south, you'll come to the famous Twin Rocks, which are located just off the shore and provide an excellent photo-op. On your way back, stroll through downtown Rockaway Beach and browse the local shops before getting a scoop of ice cream to tide you over until dinner. If you feel like exploring farther afield, there are several easy day trips. Head to Manzanita and go hiking at Nehalem Bay State Park, or check out the visitor's center at the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory, 15 miles south.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire house, the free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a covered ocean view deck as well as access to streaming apps on the smart HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and Roku. Two Free covered parking marked and dedicated for unit #43.

Other things to note The house is not managed by a vacation rental company so you can expect more personalized service when staying with us.

The home does not have air conditioning which is normal for this area as the climate stays cool.

The unit has 2 designated covered car parking.
No service animal/ therapy pets due to my child's medical condition
