It was a very convenient location for our day trips. I didnt give 5 stars as we didnt have key cards as card maker wasn't working and there was construction on the building.

The key cards for doors would stop working constantly. The staff said they were going to be getting new ones. Bugs in the rooms and staff said they were beetles and nothing they could do about it. Rooms were run down, carpet stained, tub/shower stain. It was one of the worst experiences I had at a hotel.

Property in bad shape. Room ceiling was falling, curtains had holes, carpets stained badly. Sink sprayed water all over, pool not working, coffee machine not working.

Don't stay here

The bed was too soft, almost broken down. Small square pillows that were uncomfortable. Outdated Jacuzzi tub that wasn't necessary. Better bathrooms at roadside rest stops. If it says, by Wyndham, pay a little more for a better stay.

Not bad, but not good, carpets in entry and hallways stained. Elevator stopped working. Our refrigerator was leaking so there was a mold spot on carpet under the door. The check in lady programmed our key cards to the wrong room. Breakfast was ok. Pool was clean overall.

After checking in to the first room, I noticed an issue with the bedding and overall location of the room as it was in the back by the parking lot where construction workers were grilling and playing loud music. I informed Karen at the front desk and she moved me to another room where it was cleaner and less noisy.

My new hunting trip place to stay

Our stay was extremely nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, also great service and this hotel caters to hunters which I love, they will do breakfast and coffee earlier than normal for the hunters on hunting trips which makes me give this hotel staff and service an 8 out of 5 stars lol absolutely amazing hotel!!!!!!

May be the best choice in Freeport...despite

This hotel is a bit down at the heels. However, with a little refresh (like cleaning or replacing the carpets), it could be very good again. Welcomes pets and there's plenty of room around the hotel to take them for a spin.
