"Staff was nice. Needs a couple more cups in room. The room door needs insulation at bottom due to bugs can crawl in. The breakfast was only coffee. I thought there might be at least muffins."

Went the extra step to make sure all my questions were answered. I heard her interact with other customers and she sowed the same level of care. Thank you micheala. "

"Unfortunately we woke up to a toilet that did not flush and was ready to overflow !! No maintenance on site til 8am. They asked if we wanted a plunger .... told them I wasn't a plumber. Girl at front desk finally found an air plunger and came to our room to try to fix it. We left soon afterwards!!! Will not stay here ever again. Old and worn out hotel!"
