When we arrived the woman at the desk knew our name. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. She asks if we had questions about where to eat or where to go for activities. It was a breath of fresh air to get excellent customer service.

It's not too many hotels to choose from in Rockingham downtown area, but this one is about the best in the town at least the area. Very clean, very nice, and close in downtown. We enjoyed our stay and whenever we visit Rockingham again we'll be booking here
