Host communicated well up to the morning if the day we were due to arrive, and then let the property to someone else without telling us, despite us paying in full six months in advance. We were left scrambling around trying to find alternative accommodation on the day of our arrival. The host offered no help in finding alternative accommodation. Ruined our holiday.
