All guests must be listed. Unregistered guests will be charged a $100 fee per person. Violations may result in removal.
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal and a $10,000 violation fee. No exceptions.

Our host is very kind and welcoming. There was a problem with the toilet. Our host took care of it. She is very patience and kind to us.
