    This is a walkout partial basement apartment on the ground floor apartment of multi unit building. Ceilings are low and may not be ideal for taller guests. Enter through the bedroom with a queen bed. A cozy kitchen has all the appliances and tools for enjoying meals at home, complete with pull-out cafe table and bar stools. Living room is furnished with a sofa and TV. Sliding doors open to a private mini-deck with ocean view. Full bath with compact walk-in shower. Central AC/Heat.

Cozy apartment in a great location. Nice little deck with a great view of waterfront. Street parking, free overnight from 6pm to 10am. Careful with the low ceilings.
