About this property

Vista Mare: Hilltop Home with Ocean Views

  • Vista Mare (Latin for ocean view) sits high above the coastline with ocean views and sea breezes. Surrounded by gardens and overlooking Sandy Bay, the home offers a quiet seaside retreat

Inside, wood beams and hardwood floors set a comfortable tone. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the open living and dining areas look out over the water. Mini-split air conditioning keeps the house comfortable year-round.

Just a 2-minute drive from Back Beach and minutes from Rockport’s galleries, shops, restaurants, and Bearskin Neck, Vista Mare balances privacy with easy access to town.
