"Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again"

"Great value, room was quite spacious and decently appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is fairly close to everything you might need in Kitchener, but it's entrance and exit can be a challenge to access at busy times of day. The breakfast was adequate, better than a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was not good (putting it nicely) and the hot food (eggs and a meat) was mediocre at best."

"Cambridge Suites has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and having two full bathrooms is extremely convenient in the two bedroom suite. Wifi not secure but worked fine. Full buffet breakfast - must hotels do not have this included. The staff in the breakfast area are all very friendly and hardworking, especially Jermaine who ensures everyone has everything they need. Will definitely be visiting again!!"
