"Definitely needs renovated. Old plumbing and bad maintenance. Hot tub was green. Pool was cold. First room’s sink leaked and appeared to have been previously repaired with duct tape instead of appropriate repair done. Internet is still spotty."

The river was a lovely short hike down to skip rocks and keep the kids occupied for a bit, etc. We enjoyed our time around the campfire making s'mores for the night and ate our dinner on the picnic table.
