Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (30 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Pool house, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Sant Vicenc de Calders" 6 km, railway station "Sant vicenc de Calders" 6 km, sandy beach "Playa Llarga" 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
