Summer by the Sea is a stunning soundside home, located in the Village of Rodanthe. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. You will appreciate the warm ocean breezes, smell of the salt air from your deck and savor the breathtaking sunsets that only Hatteras Island can offer! The beautiful beaches of Hatteras Island are just across Hwy 12, and your view even includes the famous Inn at Rodanthe!

Every evening you will have the chance to gaze at the stars from your private hot tub on the top deck. Play all day in your own private pool. Serve up your favorite refreshments at the poolside tiki bar complete with a refrigerator and TV. Engage in a friendly game of ping pong with a new under house ping pong table. New cornhole boards as well for those fun games in the sand. There is also more fun to be had with an Air Hockey table! There is something special for everyone at this grand beach retreat!

The fun never ends at Summer By The Sea. Step inside to the recreation room with pool table, air hockey, wet bar, full size refrigerator, 50” TV and stereo CD. There is also a half bath on this floor for your convenience. The king en suite with private bath is the perfect place to lay your head after a long day of fun in the sun. The second level boasts 4 bedrooms, two of which are en suites. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. The top level is perfect for entertaining. Your chef will love the large kitchen with stainless appliances and ample counter space. Gather the family together in the comfortable dining room to share the day’s events. The great room is just that – Great! The open living area is the perfect place to end your day. Catch your favorite shows on the 50” TV. Cozy up in front of the electric fireplace on those rare chilly evenings. Soak your cares away in the 6 person hot tub on the top level deck. This level also features a king en suite with a jetted tub for the ultimate in privacy.

The whole family can enjoy world-class fishing on the Rodanthe Pier! The owner now provides free pier passes every week!

Summer by the Sea is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Mid Level: King en suite, en suite bedroom with 2 bunk beds, queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twins connected by a shared Jack and Jill bath.
