This remarkable, multi-story home boasts all-new living room furniture and fresh paint throughout to start the 2024 season off right! Nestled into the picturesque Rodanthe landscape, it hosts ample amenities, beach access, and breathtaking water views destined to inspire an unforgettable stay!

Ideally located, you'll find Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Spend a day taking a leisurely stroll along the pier, playing beach games, birdwatching, or exploring the refuge's diverse habitats.

Back home, you're just steps away from the beach for easy swimming, sunbathing, and lounging on the sandy shore. Community sound access is perfect for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.

Inside this oasis, be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring plush seating, balcony access, and charming, colorful decor. Feel right at home sipping coffee on the well-furnished deck in the salty air or snuggled up on the sofa streaming your favorite movies. A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances and everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals. Gather at the adjacent table to dine and share lots of laughter. The bedrooms are extra inviting with soft, cozy linens, additional TVs, and even more indescribable views. 2025 upgrades- new mattress on all beds, electric outside grill, and new deck furniture.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

  • Bonner Bridge is one of North Carolina's most well known man-made structures of it's kind (The Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway is probably the most well known). This location makes for a great getaway at the Outerbanks to spend an entire day (and night). The location is popular for fishing and is ideal for landscape and astro photography. You can have lots of fun on some of the dunes, although getting the sand out afterwards is a big hassle. This is one of my favorite images from this location. I love the warm light tones and the shadows that create a contrast in the foreground sand. It is created from a single exposure with only minor modifications made to adjust overall contrast and brightness. If you are interested in wildlife, the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge is nearby and is a very popular location.
