She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. We truly appreciated the special touch. We did not have any minibar or refrigerator in the room, but it was ok. You can come downstairs to the lobby to get complimentary coffee and water and buy refrigerated drinks if desired. they had great communication by WhatsApp also on our day of arrival, so that everything went smoothly. Definitely hope to stay again next time we are in Plovdiv."
