"Guten Tag, ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen. Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen. "

"Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, reibungslose Abwicklung mit Self-Check-In. Sauberes Zimmer, neuwertige Einrichtung und Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Aldi und Rewe) um die Ecke. Tankstellen ebenfalls. Ich hatte ein Apartment mit knapp 35 qm und bodentiefen Fenstern. Kleiner Balkon inklusive. Preis/Leistung top, gerne wieder!"

Our standard room was really spacious with comfy seating & a lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the food. We ate in the restaurant & had the rump steak with salad & chips. The salad came out 1st & was sublime…..who knew a salad could be so good. The steak was equally excellent. "Das späte Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht neu aber in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Als am Abreisetag der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücksservices verschlafen hatte, ist der Eigentümer selber in seinen Betrieb gekommen und hat ein vollwertiges Frühstück aufgebaut. Natürlich hat das einige Zeit gedauert und die Abreise der Gäste hat sich dadurch verzögert. Trotzdem muss der persönliche Einsatz des Gastgebers gewürdigt werden, denn dieses unternehmerische...
