Confusing for Tourists
"I had over looked the information about how to check in and no one had contacted me prior to my stay to remind me I had to submit a request on line to receive my code for the room key. Luckily another quest called them for me to get the code."

"I was a little worried about the automatic door opening procedure but everything worked absolutely perfectly. The property was easy to find, walking distance from Nuremberg Hbf, very cozy and clean super comfortable bed, everything I needed was provided, shampoo and shower gel, even coffee and tea. ..."
