"the house was great, and we especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, fireplace, and dart board. david was an excellent host and his property manager dave bascomb was also fantastic. 6 inches of snow came 2 days later, and our SUV with AWD couldn’t handle the uphill to the house, and we got stuck in a ditch as we turned back on liberty hill road, which was plowed but still like an ice rink. the road has a sharp bank for water runoff, and as david recommended, snow tires or 4x4 is essential, and many locals also have studded tires.. we needed a tow truck to winch us out, and tow us to the nearby farm for our last day/night. dave came to transport our gear and family the next morning for check out, which was greatly appreciated!!"

"This small B&B sits on an absolutely gorgeous property in a mountain valley a quick 15 minute drive from Killington and Pico. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, the hosts are pleasant and accommodating, and breakfast in the windowed kitchen nook (with an unencumbered vista of the mountain paradise outside) was appetizing. What a way to fuel up for a day of bluebird skiing at the Beast of the East! I highly recommend a stay at this little piece of heaven in Vermont."

"The house is very beautiful with wonderful views. The rooms were spacious and able to accommodate us and our extended family well. The space was clean and had all amenities we needed. Very close and easy drive to Pico mountain. Our host was very responsive and helped out all they could with an occurrences during the stay. If we ever ski in Pico again we would stay in this house. "

"Eric was very warm in welcoming our family. The Northeast House accommodated all of us with warm & cozy bedrooms and updated ensuite bathrooms on the second and third floors. We prepared all of our own meals in the large, well-stocked kitchen and appreciated the amazing 4 minute commercial dishwasher. The living room and dining room tables and chairs were easily arranged to suit our group. The pool table was a hit with all ages."
