We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails.

This area of northwest Arkansas is absolutely beautiful with so much to offer. Here are a few things close by

Other Things to Note:
Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.

The cupboard where the garbage can is sticky and very dirty. No Kleenex very little coffee and creamer for the first night. Beds were comfortable.

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. Came for Bikes Blues and BBQ. So close to downtown Rogers it was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

A Well Located Treasure

When I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt safe. It's location is close enough to walk downtown. Beth and Greg are very nice and responded to my question quickly.

Very clean, cute, and quant and right on the greenway. Perfect if your looking to ride/walk the trail. Heated toilet seat was a nice touch! We will be coming back to this one!

House is conveniently located to Bentonville and Walmart amp. It's also walkable to downtown Rogers. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Great little cottage!

A friend and I stayed at the cottage while visiting NWA. Everything was nice and clean, with several nice homey touches. We were completely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Love this place!

Clean and safe property that is in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do while in Rogers. Our hosts were very accommodating. Nothing at all bad to say about our experience renting from Greg and Beth. Will absolutely be in touch with them again when we return to the area!

Perfect VRBO

Since it was just me, this place was the perfect size. Very clean, comfy bed, comfy living room. Unfortunately it was too chilly to enjoy the patio out back, but would love to come back down when it’s warmer with my husband or daughter so we can use the fire pit!

Small Town Cottage

Our family was able to stay a couple nights while in town for a couple concerts, This 2 bedroom was wonderful very clean, organized, roomy, very easy to come and go, great parking, it has everything needed for a family! The host make you feel very welcomed and great instruction when checking and checking out. We plan to visit again very soon.

Updated Home In A Perfect Location

We found the property easy to locate and easy to access upon arrival. The home has been nicely updated and furnished with beautiful and comfortable indoor spaces as well as a private outdoor patio. My young kids loved the bunkbeds and also the bike trail right out the door. We enjoyed amazing restaurants and parks in downtown Rogers and were only a 15 to 20 minute drive from all of our favorite places in NWA.
