Wonderful property. Right on the lake. House was comfortable and cozy as well. Easy to find and close to lots of sightseeing. Lots of room in the house and well supplied. Plenty of activities for everyone. Definitely would stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeside rental. Everything was as advertised and it was a great location. Nice quiet time with family, but it was close enough to activities in Rogers and elsewhere. The host was great and communicated on everything.
Nice house, great location/view, hot tub much needed after long motorcycle rides, garage space convenient, lots of beds, multiple bathrooms, washer & dryer, screened in porch, large dining space. I was there for my 30th birthday with a few friends and our significant others that mostly stayed elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay sitting on the porch watching storms, listening to the rain hit the lake and the comforts of a very homey feel when we would wake in the morning.
- [ ] The house was wonderful and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family and 3 chocolate labs. The layout is perfect for family time and still has plenty of nooks for some quiet time individually. The outdoor area was loved by us all including the dogs who absolutely LOVED the fact that the big yard ended with direct walk out lake access for playing in the water . My personal favorite was the hot tub with the beautiful view of the lake. Even though we were at the lake it was also still close enough to run to Prairie Creek or Rogers for any necessities or restaurants. Stacy was an amazing host - always quick to respond to any questions and even showed up within the hour for a quick fix for a necessary item. Would highly recommend if headed to Beaver Lake/ Rogers or even Eureka Springs area. Thanks for a great home base for our trip . *one item of note * This was not an issue for our group but stairs to the upstairs master may be challenging for any one with balance or mobility issues as they are spiral stairs and a little narrow . But there are 3 main floor bedrooms also :)
The location in Beaver lake is great- you can launch your fishing boat very close and pull it right up to the back of the property. Lots to do if it’s a rainy day- ping pong in the garage, Mexican Train Dominoes….The listing details that it’s a home with a little age and has a few- “quirks”- as the little signs say around the place. Hot tub was nice- it was clean and felt great. A place we will come back again to stay longer than an weekend.
It has been several years since we were all able to get together. This house met our needs for space and proximity to the lake. It is very dated. We left a fairly long list of things that should be addressed for safety and overall functionality. Not sure that we will return unless these things are addressed.
Our stay started off rocky, as the air condition needed freon and the house was in the 80s when we walked in the door. However, Staci responded immediately and brought over a portal A/C unit and a few more fans, to try to keep us comfortable until the A/C repairman could get there. 9:00 the next morning (on a Saturday) the repairman was there and took care of the problem. One of the drains was also clogged and Staci had a plumber there around the same time to take care of that problem as well. You can't ask for better service! The rest of the trip was PERFECT! I'd like to highly recommend Beaver Skis if you want to rent jet skis. They delivered them to us by lake, to the house, and picked them up from us afterwards. No need to go pick them up from a marina and waste your rental time getting them back and forth, so we were able to use the jet skis the complete 4 hours we rented them, two days straight. The hot tub and grill are a great bonus after a long day of jet skiing. Those who wanted to jet ski were able to, and the rest stayed behind enjoying the hot tub, the view, and amazing hamburgers on the grill. The only downside was that the listing showed 2 sofa beds, but that is not the case. Neither sofa folds out, just FYI, so don't consider those when counting bed space. We will definitely rent here again!

Disappointing
This house was very spacious and seemed clean. However, there was cracked/lose tile in the kitchen we had to watch so we didnt cut ourselves and each room either had paint missing or an actual hole in the wall. The lights didnt always come on either. The hot tub had dirt in the bottom so we were unable to use it and the shoreline collected trash which i was later told happens after storms. We were driving distance to some fantastic trails which is what we wanted and that was the saving grace. However we left a day early as this place was just not for us and honestly I didn’t want to be charged if something stopped working while we were there. It definitely needs repair work and we will not be back. . So disappointing.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location but very outdated except for granite in kitchen and flat screens tvs
I am going to list the pros and cons of our stay because I feel whoever rents this property should be their own judge before staying here.
Pros:
Location was amazing
Spacious
4 bedrooms (sleeps many people)
Nice hot tub
Back porch area was nice
Many large flat screen TVs with internet connectivity
Cons:
-Upon arrival we had dirty sheets so i washed all of our bedding
-The rugs were dirty so I had to vacuum and the vacuum was very dated and blew dust all over the room
-the pics made this place look very nice but it was very very dated
-spiral staircase leading to master bedroom so we couldn’t take our luggage upstairs
-king bed downstairs was not comfortable so we had to stay upstairs
-the water upstairs had hot and cold water reversed so we thought there was no hot water
-one wash cloth for the entire place so I had to go to Walmart and buy washcloths the next day but on the first day we shared one wash cloth for 4 people
-the couch had brown stains that appeared to be blood on it so we had to clean that off which made me sick to my stomach
-I emailed pictures of all of this to the owner but they never responded back
-the grill caught on fire from prior build up of grease

THIS IS AN DECEPTIVE and DECEITFUL HOST. We've rented many other homes at Beaver Lake. Absolutely awful experience. Dingy, dirty house both inside and outside (cigarette butts all around). Lights would not work inside the house, refrigerator not cooling properly, air conditioner not cooling. When we arrived at 4:30 the inside temp was 84 degrees upstairs. The AC could not keep up to cool the house appropriately. After waiting an hour and a half for the house to cool and continue to try to address the lights and fridge. We attempted contact the owner Staci 3 times, left messages between 6:00pm - 8:15pm. Host never responded. At 8:20 we called VRBO for assistance. Host Staci immediately accepted the call from VRBO. Host Staci was combative and at no point did host Stacy offer to send someone to assist in address the issues. Host Staci - responded on this call by saying "just leave now and I'll cancel and REFUND ALL OF YOUR MONEY". Host Staci was furious that we reached out to VRBO support saying "we reported her." HOST NEVER REFUNDED OUR FULL STAY AS SHE COMMITTED TO DO. She charged us for one night even though without kept the pet and cleaning fee and taxes. We never stayed, left 4 hours after arrival. Host Staci told us to "get out" so we had to drive back home that night. Our Children and friends were devastated. Host Staci did not care. Take time to review this hosts reviews on other sites. Look at other sites many bad rating
The house was comfortable and spacious and exactly as listed. The huge backyard had a beautiful view of the lake, and driving into the cute little town of Rogers or to hiking trails was a breeze. We will be back!
This was one of our most unforgettable trips to Beaver Lake! The home had everything you needed to just roll in with groceries and relax from there! The views and the lake access along with the HOT TUB 🔥 beyond amazing!! Perfect piece of Ozark paradise!! We WILL be back!! SOON!!!
This property was perfect for us. We were 3 families of friends there to enjoy a long weekend at the lake. It ended up raining and the enclosed porch was perfect. Thanks for everything!
