First I would like to mention that the hotel is pet friendly which in my book is a must have, since we travel everywhere with our furry friend. The staff was great and the morning breakfast was delicious and they provided several options for a good breakfast. The hotel had extra amenities like a pool, exercise room, a business center, a bar area, and a guest laundry area. We required a ADA room since my husband is in a wheelchair and the bathroom and room was very spacious. Our room was a suite so it had a living room area with sofa and TV separate from the bedroom area, plus there was also a TV to watch from your bed as well. It had a small kitchen with a small sink, microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee pot which was very convenient. We will definitely make plans to stay there again when we travel to NWA.

This hotel was clean and very convenient to our concert at the Walmart Amp. I deducted one star because upon our arrival, the air conditioner was off presumably because the room was unoccupied. It just took a little while to cool the room to our desired temperature. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was super clean, spacious, the same with bathroom. Not sure about quality of tap water in Arkansas, but my guess is, that it is clean enough to drink one, as there were no bottled water in the room and ice machine was out of order. Breakfast was a very nice surprise, had everything what you need basically till the end of serving time (7-10am). Bar wasn't open while our stay, not sure why. Staff was friendly and professional. Plenty of room on parking lot as well. Definitely recommended

Property was clean and well maintained. I booked a room for 5 people. I called the front desk for an extra bed and was told it would be a fire hazard. I then said this room was supposed to sleep 5 people and was told my daughter would have to sleep on the couch that didn’t fold out to a bed!
