Living Room The large, open living room space provides a meeting space for your entire group. Whether you want to map out your plans for the upcoming day or enjoy a movie night in, this place is perfect for you. Above the gas fireplace featured is a Samsung 65 inch smart TV. Kitchen & Dining The open concept kitchen allows you to watch TV in the living room while you cook. The kitchen is equipped to handle all your needs. There is a bar with seating for four as well as a large dining table with seating for six. Three Bedrooms Whichever bedroom you get at the Neighbor’s Nest, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a comfortable mattress and Brooklinen Luxe Core bedding. So you can be fully relaxed and ready for a new day’s adventurie in Northwest Arkansas. The Master features a king size bed by Helix Mattress, together with a lounge area that includes a 55-inch smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, and double vanity. The other two bedrooms feature a queen size bed. One of which has a 55” Roku Smart TV. The other bedroom has an attached Jack-and-Jill bath and office area which is great if you’re working from home! 2.5 Bathrooms The downstairs features a half bath underneath the stairs, while the upstairs has a guest bathroom in the hall with a Jack-and-Jill door to one of the bedrooms. The upstairs hall bath has a large shower with a rainforest showerhead. You can expect to find good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and hair dryers in these bathrooms for all guests to use. Laundry All that adventuring tends to get clothes a little dirty. So it’s good to know you can wash and dry your favorites easily in the nest’s separate laundry area. Easy Location

Great location for central access to Roger's and Fayetteville. We enjoyed this property and its proximity to great restaurants and the AMP Concert Venue. We switched between Fayetteville and Roger's and enjoyed several local hotspots. Be sure and visit Sassafras Vineyard if in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Property was close to everything but just far enough out and in a quiet neighborhood. This place was EXTREMELY clean and we are super picky! The beds are SUPER COMFY!!! Loved that it had a garage to park in. Please note that some furnishings have changed so it doesn't look exactly as pictured. The living room rug is different and the chairs at the dining table are not the same. Overall, still a very lovely home. The only complaint would be that the grill needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. We started it up to grill steaks and it nearly caught on fire with a huge flame! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and book this place again! A+

Accommodations perfect for our needs. Three old guys on motorcycles for Bikes Blues and BBQ. Garage really nice for keeping motorcycles especially during rain.
