"There were limited food options and very expensive however the ice cream was excellent and delicious although there could be more options as well.The bed was very comfortable and clean.The room had no air conditioner making it hard for us to sleep at night.The WiFi signal was weak and the hotel being very high up in the mountains made it difficult for us to drive up by van. However,we did enjoy our stay a lot and the view of the mountains and lake was picturesque. "

"We began our stay on the outdoor terrace while watching the sunset over the lake and sipping Franciacorta. The staff was very helpful and attentive and helped us with details for a ferry trip to Monte Isola and a visit to a winery. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Internet access was great. We were traveling by train and managed the 20 minute hike up to the hotel, but if you don’t have a car and would like to arrange for a taxi be sure to communicate with the staff prior to your arrival.
