"We were late arriving but Andy was on site to meet us and we checked in immediately and even managed an evening dip in the pool after a hot few hours travelling. The pool was brilliant. "The staff were very accommodating to our American family. They worked with our needs for an early breakfast start time due to a soccer tournament for our son. The manager spoke English very well and was patient with my broken French. The rooms were clean and bright. The location is nice for walking Pontivy and accessing the part of the city across the water. We will stay again if we are fortunate enough to revisit Pontivy. "
