"Family of 6 stayed here and could not have asked for a better experience! Upon check in we were greeted by Ross who was so kind and had a welcoming smile! He answered all my questions and even shared his experience about being from Texas. I had to go to the desk for things I forgot, laundry detergent, and computer access and Edgar greeted me with a smile each and every time. I know he probably got tired of my face but he never let it show. The kitchen staff always had breakfast stocked and the variety of food was awesome! There is not a negative I can say about this experience. We even had to use the pool bathroom and it was SPARKLING CLEAN!!!! I let my kiddos sit on the toilet!!! It didn’t stink! It was stocked with toilet paper, soap, and literally CLEAN!!! Will definitely stay at this place again!"

"I'm not usually one to complain like this, but had I known the free breakfast was no longer being offered and the hot tub was broken, I would have requested a refund and changed my hotel. I traveled from arizona and was hoping to have these available to me to make the trip a bit easier. My keycard stopped working 2 times during a 4 day trip, my upstairs neighbor played loud music as well through the night. Staff was friendly and the room was clean enough, but wish I could get even partially refunded for the lack of working amenities and breakfast that then cost me $15/day to get."
