  • The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes.

    This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

    Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV.

    A baby cot is also available.

    The holiday apartment also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening while enjoying peaceful mountain views.

    The apartment is the perfect starting point for skiers in the wintertime and hikers during the summer months.

    There is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house (the ski bus is free of charge for skiers). The ski resort of Karspitz is just 5 km away, the cable car is 4 km from the property, and the amusement park of Rosenalmbahn Zell is located in the valley, just 4 km from the house.

A great place to spend your holidays.

Pros: Its amazing location, the house itself and the hostess’s kindness. Cons: Initially we were informed that we were not going to have towels at our disposal, but the host was very kind and gave them to us when we asked. Apart from this, that was happily solved, the house it would have been great to have a washing machine, considering it was a long-term holidays. As we knew the house was in the countryside, we were aware that there would be insects, but the wasps were the only thing that bothered us.

Pros: De ruimte en het uitzicht. Cons: De gordijnen die te weinig verduisteren waardoor de kleinkinderen te vroeg wakker werden.
