Situated in La Marquesa Golf course, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached villa has everything you would expect of villa with private swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor area.

The Villa has plenty of space around the pool to enjoy the sun and a very nice garden with mature plants. It benefits also with an outdoor shower for some refreshing time. You’ll find an outdoor stone dining table for six for your alfresco dining or for your morning coffees.

A few steps and you enter the house through the kitchen. Fully equipped with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave and which leads you directly to the living room with a comfortable 4-seater chaise-longue. You’ll find a big Smart TV, a coffee table, a dining table for four and a ceiling fan.

From the living room you’ll have access to all bedrooms, to the bathroom and to the outside of the house through a closed terrace. The master bedroom has a double size bed, built-in-wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The guest bedroom has two single beds, built-in-wardrobe and a ceiling fan. In the bathroom you’ll find a walk-in-shower.

You can access from the outside of the house to a solarium terrace with pergola and a comfortable 3-seater and two single seaters, a coffee table to enjoy the sun with a cool drink.

Perfectly situated in a quiet area and a short drive away from the town center and also not far from the lovely blue flag beaches of Guardamar 10 minutes by car, making this Villa the perfect base for holidays.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
