Second stay at this villa
Lovely villa with great views; excellent communication from the host and easy check in; love the area especially if you hire a car and can really explore. Second time of visiting as we loved this villa so much the first time. We love it so much we’d buy it if we could!!

Nice house
Very nice house well equiped, great views over golf course. Obviously as anyone who knows quesada can appreciate a car is a must as very hilly area.

We have stayed at this property a few times now and have really enjoyed our stays. Communication with the property owner is brilliant - if we have ever had to get in touch with them they get back to us straight away. The property is clean and ideally situated. Good walk to shops
Property was looking tired and needed a good clear out and decluttering. Half way up a very steep hill so not for the people who struggle to walk getting to the shops, restaurants and bars unless you drive.

Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you felt that it was looking tired and needed decluttering. I was surprised by those comments. The downstairs bathroom is new and most of the furniture and furnishings fairly new. My husband is there now painting the outside of the apartment and the inside was only done last year. Regarding the decluttering I have to leave enough crockery and utensils for up to six people. Regarding the steep hill, it is hilly where it is, as is most of Quesada but people who choose the area would know that. We are always getting second bookings so not all bad. I would however like to thank you as our cleaner said you left the apartment in a very good condition.

Beautiful views and very relaxing
Stunning views of the golf course even if you don't like golf, the view from the sun terrace is great in every direction. Clean tidy property perfect position for us as we have friends in Rojales. Pool was superb. Perfect to cool off in. Communication with the owner was very easy and straightforward.

We had a brilliant time staying in this property. The air con was very welcoming and the outside space was also very good - it was nice to sit outside and watch some of the golfers teeing off. Lovely apartment
We have stayed in a few villas around the area over the years and this apartment was lovely, the only let down was finding out the air con wasn’t working in two bedrooms which made sleeping unbearable in August. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Hi Paula thanks for your lovely review. Again apologies for the air con. Even though we had ceiling fans in every room I can appreciate how hot it is there at the moment . I know you didnt want the aircon engineer there while you were on holiday so he came the day you left and both now working fine x

Absolutely amazing property and amazing owners
We absolutely loved renting this property my older child absolutely loved the upstairs bedroom as she loves her privacy from her sisters so this was a god send Fantastic location for shops and things just a short work away from pubs , take away and short car ride to water park, go karts We will be definitely looking in to renting this again next year xx

Hi thanks for the great response. Hi regarding the restrictions around pool regarding floating devices (inflatables unless it is a swimming aid , the Spanish law is now no inflatables can be used in a public swimming pool due to safety restrictions. X

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y la comunicación ha estado muy bien con los dueños. La situación es errónea en Google Maps, hay que tener cuidado con eso porque nos volvimos locos buscando.

No ha estado mal del todo, la estancia muy bien, le falta algo de menaje de cocina para 7 personas solo hay una sartén y unas ollas muy pequeñas, pero nos hemos apañado, la propietaria es muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

Hi thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. There was sufficient utensils and I will ask for this to be looked into. Also there should have been 3 pots as well as frying pan which we did provide together with serving dishes. I personally will have this checked out and replaced if missing. Kind regards
