  • Our 3 bedroom townhouse is part of a beautifully landscaped community in the prestigious Dona Pepa area of Ciudad Quesada. Quesada is surrounded by golf courses, has its own water park and is only 10 minutes from many beautiful beaches.
    The house overlooks an impressive shared swimming pool, and is equipped with all modern facilities, air-conditioning in all rooms, internet, TV, dishwasher, etc.
    Ciudad Quesada makes up part of the Rojales area in the Southern province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca South. It is located just 7km from the nearest beautiful sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura. It has its own bustling high street with many good restaurants, bars, shopping boulevards, supermarkets, petrol stations, medical centers, a, four star luxury spa hotel, Waterpark plus the beautiful La Marquesa golf course. The views from many parts of Ciudad Quesada are wonderful including, salt lake, mountain, countryside and even views of the Mediterranean sea
