Golf trip
Lovely property, clean and tidy. No more than 25 minutes to all the golf courses we played, ideal location and only 40 minutes to Alicante airport.

This was our second stay here and will definitely not be our last. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, including a beach bag & cool box, which came in very handy! There are also sunbeds and pool noodles, so you really don’t need much more. The location is perfect and you can easily entertain yourself staying local, or head to Torrevieja for the day/night market. We also did Guardamar both for beach days & the night market/fun fair which was fab. The sunbeds (2) and parasol are €15 for the day and the parking by meter is €3.40 for 4 hours. We stayed longer and just popped back to top up. The community is small and very friendly and Peter, the President, was lovely. There’s a place called Mulberrys/Pizza Express, that deliver from Quesada, and their food was amazing. We left a menu in the folder and you just send them a WhatsApp to order. Also highly recommend Antica. We cannot wait to go back!

Great Base For Exploring The Area
We're just back from a great stay at the house. It suited our needs perfectly. Great location, walking distance to the main street as well as other bars and restaurants closer. Supermarkets nearby. Plenty of space for our party of five. The pool, which is immaculate, was literally steps away. Most of the time we were the only people in there, however the other neighbours were really friendly and gave is lots of tips for good meals out which was nice. The listing is really accurate and it is excellent value. Would definitely return if in the area.

Excellent break
This is our second visit to this property and as before it is a perfect place to spend a holiday. Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable beds and furnishings and right beside a beautiful pool. Fully equipped and good quality items. Cannot fault the property and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with everything you need and more. Thank you.

Great accommodation in the perfect location
Excellent accommodation that had everything that was needed for a comfortable pleasant stay with the added bonus of friendly neighbours. Location is ideal as within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Loved the fact the pool is literally on the doorstep which just added to our enjoyable time at this accommodation.

Tired and dated
As in the title could do with a little TLC,otherwise quite comfortable Was made to feel a bit unwelcome on day one by one of the residents regarding our 5yr old grandson pencil jumping in the pool and a parking space issue. Fortunately the first problem was rectified by the friendly couple next door.There are some fabulous bars and restaurants around ,will most definitely visit this area again.

Lovely Villa and Great Owner
A lovely villa in Quesada, walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops. We spent the last week in October at Graeme’s Villa. The villa is very well placed with access into Quesada and the wider area. The villa was excellently equipped with everything we could have needed and the heated pool was ideal. The villa is clean and well maintained. I would recommend. I couldn’t praise Graeme enough. He answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Thanks loads.

Great Family Holiday
Good sized property for our party of 2 adults and 3 older teenagers in a good location. A terrace leading straight onto a lovely pool was a big plus for us, pool maybe a little crowded on our first week which was busier, 2nd week quieter, often feeling like our own private pool! We ate on the terrace overlooking the pool on several occasions which was lovely and relaxing. Many good bars and restaurants in walking distance, good cheap eats like Yu Hai Chinese buffet and Quesada Fish and Chips and for a more upmarket meal Da Silva’s was amazing, highly recommended! And lots more in between. Lidl supermarket is only 2 mins away in the car or a 10 minute walk. Very enjoyable holiday would definitely return,

Very enjoyable stay.
The property was lovely. Excellent position, clean and very well equipped. My reason for the overall rating was because the air conditioning unit downstairs didn't work and it became very difficult to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. I was worried about it on arrival as we were not made aware of it. It still had not been repaired when we left. We were lent some fans which were fine but they were extremely noisy at night. Otherwise a brilliant holiday. Thank you

Great villa, perfect for a relaxing family break
We couldn't have been happier with the service, communication and the villa and complex itself. It was the first time we have hired a villa so the high standard of communications from Graeme every step of the way was really appreciated. The villa is in a brilliant location, 2 supermarkets (both with bakery sections) within 10mins walk, and 15mins walk into the main stretch of quesada for lots more places to eat. The complex was extremely well kept, pool immaculately clean and never felt over crowded even tho is was august school holidays. More often than not we had it to ourselves, but everyone else in the complex was so friendly and willing to help each other out. The villa was more than adequate for our family of 5, my 15yr old step daughter enjoyed having her own with the balcony, and with 3 air con units in the house it cooled down very quickly. The villa was lovely and clean and had some pool toys, beach chairs etc for us to use during our stay. Whatever we bought in addition we were therefore more than happy to leave for the enjoyment of future holiday makers. We hired a car from the airport (open car, which also has an office in quesada itself which was reassuring if we did have any issues). The beaches are 15mins away to the closest, but we usually travelled to cala capitan as it was more sheltered for our youngest (5) to enjoy without it being too wavy. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Fabulous house
The house was in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful, but not too far from bars and restaurants. Lovely beaches a short drive away, recommend guadamar beach. Restaurants in Quesada are lovely, again would recommend Tezzaroo, roof top terrace. Graeme the owner answered all my questions promptly and gave advice and help. Lovely, clean and well stocked
We stayed at this property from 21st July to 4th August 2017, we had a lovely time the house is clean and well presented and we made good use of the BBQ! The pool was empty a lot of the time and it was very close to local shops and restaurants. 😊

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans votre maison. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé les résidents sur place sont très sympa. Petite résidence calme, piscine très propre et quasi vide. La maison est très bien équipée on a manqué de rien je recommande vivement. Térésa et Peter sont très gentils, accueillants et agréables autant que les voisins qu'on a pu croisé.

Perfekt boende!
Bra boende med gott om plats. Nära till affär och till byn Quesada. Terassen ligger vid poolen så det är bara att ta ett steg ut och bada. Sol på förmiddagen och skugga under eftermiddag/ kväll vilket är skönt när det är 30 gr varmt. Bra hjälp av Terese om man behöver lite information och som bor nära och gör den avslutande städningen.
