About this property

Traditional Spanish house with private swimming pool

  • This traditional Spanish house is located on a hill from where there is a beautiful view of the ocean and the village of Cuidad Qeusada. The villa has a living area of ​​110 m² and a large covered terrace overlooking the private garden and pool.

    The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1000 m² private garden with 11 large palm trees, olive trees and oleander bushes which surround the large pool. The private pool is set on a large terrace and a sun deck on which you can relax and oversee the ocean stretching from Guardamar to Torrevieja.

    Our holiday guests find themselves in a private setting. The villa also has a complete fully loaded kitchen, two bathrooms, a master bedroom and two bedrooms. Sheets, towels, bath towels are available. A grill to barbeque is also available in the garden.

    The property includes a large garage for two cars. Shops, restaurants, a golf club, as well as a water park are near by. The nearest beach is about 9 km (5 miles), which is pristine and suitable for children.
