Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen im Casa Theunissen. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern in Ordnung, für 6 Personen vielleicht etwas klein. Beispielsweise gibt es im Wohnzimmer nur eine 2-Personen-Bank als Sitzgelegenheit (aber nicht viel Platz für Stühle). Die Lage ist perfekt, um beispielsweise nach Torrevieja oder Alicante zu fahren. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Der Garten mit Pool ist schön und ein Lounge-Sofa zum bequemen Sitzen wäre eine Ergänzung. Die Kochutensilien sind etwas veraltet (z. B. eine Bratpfanne brennt) und wirken etwas spärlich (kein Topf oder scharfe kleine Messer). Weiter unten an der Straße finden immer noch Bauarbeiten statt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Matratzen waren wunderbar, nicht die üblichen härteren spanischen Matratzen.

Es ist ein schönes Haus, aber besonders von außen und im Garten. Gerät war sehr enttäuschend. Sehr kühl, kleines Sofa für 2 Personen und unbequeme Esszimmerstühle. Was uns außerdem am meisten gestört hat und warum wir 2 Tage früher abgereist sind, ist die Baustelle gegenüber dem Haus, die uns eine Menge Lärmbelästigung verursacht hat. Schade, denn im Garten konnte man nicht ruhig sitzen.

Ummauerter Garten, viel Privatsphäre, schöne tuinmeubel.Veel Gebrauchsspuren (Ende der Saison?), dreckiges Sofa und gepolsterte Esszimmerstühle und sehr spärliches Kücheninventar: keine Schüsseln, schlechtes Brotmesser, kein Kartoffel-/Obstmesser (zB Zwiebel hacken) , nur 1 Geschirrtuch. Bei 2 Personen ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser, nicht für 6 Personen. Schade das es keinen Grill gab.

Das Haus selbst ist sehr angenehm. Schöner Garten, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der Service drumherum lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und die Schlüsselmanagerin ihr Bestes tun würde, um in dieser Woche jemanden zu schicken. Davon haben wir allerdings noch nichts gehört. Eine Reihe von Dingen, die verbessert werden können: -Der Strom im Haus war nicht ganz richtig. Beim Berühren von Elektrogeräten erhielten wir ständig Stromschläge, sodass wir sie nicht mehr benutzten. -Bei der Ankunft hatten wir eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier für die ganze Familie -Wenn die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert, stellen Sie zumindest einen Scheuerschwamm, Wäscheständer und weitere Geschirrtücher bereit. -Keine zusätzlichen Müllsäcke. -Zu wenig Badetücher für die ganze Familie Um das Ganze abzurunden, fanden wir (Hunde?) Klumpen am Pool. Als ich die Verwalterin danach fragte, gab sie an, dass die Vormieter keinen Hund hatten. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange es schon da ist, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass wenn das Haus nach jedem Mieter gereinigt wird, das hätte gesehen werden müssen. Kurzum: das Haus ist sehr schön in einer schönen Nachbarschaft aber mit allen Nachteilen werden wir bleiben hier in der Zukunft verwenden sie es nicht mehr. Gerade für diesen Preis erwartet man etwas mehr Service.
