"This place is a classic, a little outdated, but perfect! My room was cold on the 90 plus degree days. Rooms were deceiving from them being out dated. It didn’t even matter. It was super clean, bathroom was impeccably clean,no bug, no dust or dirt. It was Quiet place in general.Quiet and we were right near steps. We walked out the back directly to beach, which was beautiful and clean. The woman at from desk were very kind and accommodating. The pool was lovely. My family and I had such a wonderful time making memories. I highly recommend the Thunderbird beach motel. It was perfect for a getaway that didn’t break the bank!"
"Cute hotel right on the beach. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Despite being fully booked, it was quiet at night. Staff were really nice and let us know that staying here allows you to access the amenities at the Aloft hotel on the bayside. Be aware that there is a fee for parking, but that street fills with beach goers, so I didn't mind paying for a guaranteed spot. My only "negative" feedback would be that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Other than that, it was a nice place and I'd stay there again. "
