"1. Walking distance to Main Lodge. 2. Nice staffs. A. The property is very old, so is the room and its condition; the air conditioning is super loud. The management should consider a holistic air conditioning solution instead of those individual window units. B. And the phone line to Front desk and House keeping has been busy, I tried to call them at least 6 times, none works. I have to walk to the lobby for assistance, which is two houses away in freezing cold. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful the buildings under construction, so I had an old room that the heater was broken and it was either on or off. If you couldn’t regulate it, the carpets were dirty and it was cold in there."

"The room location was great, counter staff great and friendly, however the cleaning lady needs to clean better. The room floor was dirty, no soap left in bathroom, a clean bathroom and room means a lot to me if you want a return guess in the future."

"The Village was beautiful! Location fantastic! Two minute walk to the FREE gondola. Spectaular ten minute ride to the Canyon Ski Lodge. This particular unit was very nicely decorated and equipped. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that there is no view from the room. Its surrounded with buildings. Very enclosed. The sky is barely visible. To enjoy Mammoth you need to leave the room. Which isn’t such a bad thing ;)"

"Pictures match the location.There needs to be some instructions on how to run the TV system.Many DVD's which was good.The walk to the ski lifts is about 7mins since you need to walk out of the complex to the street and then to the lifts. "
