"Stayed here on our last night in Rome so that we were close to the airport. The hotel offers an shuttle that is available to take to and from the airport so that is very convenient. Not a whole lot in the area so there will be a taxi or uber required, but it’s not a big deal. The hotel room is comfortable. They got us into a room quickly, so that was very helpful. There was a slight issue trying to connect to the tv and use apps on the tv, so if you need something in English that can be problematic, but overall the hotel is great. Would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area."

"Very satisfied with my stay. Tried calling several times on different days to get transportation from cruise set up but no one ever answered. Ironically, once there, every time that I went to front desk, they were answering the phone so I will say it must have just been bad luck. Check in was supposed to be at 11am but when I got there was told 1pm. They allowed us to keep luggage in lobby while we went to grab lunch. The lobby and room were very clean and it had a nice balcony. There was a mini fridge, stove top and pots to cook or warm up a meal (no microwave) and plates etc. there was a small washing machine for clothes (no dryer but you could hang up clothes to dry). There was plenty of toilet paper (seems rare every where else we visited in Italy) and enough clean towels. During shower, the shower head broke and hard pieces of plastic came from the water drain. They fixed it and cleaned everything up without questioning what happened which was a relief. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to airport was a reasonable price compared to how much everyone else charges. Walking distance from cruise port and train station as well as from nice beach area with lots of restaurants (including McDonald’s) and souvenir shops (about 15-20 minutes)."

"This is a hotel with a day Spa for locals, the spa areas were super busy with a younger Crowd, not for me. The landscaping/grounds were very beautiful, but the there is absolutely nothing to do there or even near by. There is not bar not have a drink, unless. you are booked for dinner a their small restaurant. We did not have a booking for dinner and therefore we did not eat. I do not like room service, specially in the type of room they put us in. The room was ver standard, very simple, they dont even provide coffee cups, instead they leave this very small paper cups that could melt with hot water, I wish I could have taking a picture of it, it did not make sense at all how they could expect anyone drinking coffee in something so small and disposable. the bathroom was some how nice, but so many things needed a repair. The door made a horrible noise when you enter the bathroom, the toilet lid did the same. I it took me a long time to go to sleep, due to the noice from people coming to their rooms, I could hear everthingthing, horrible. place to stay. I can go on and on, but will stop right here with this statement. I Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN"

"My husband and I chose this hotel because it was the Hilton, one of the trustworthy hotel chains as well as for its conveniences, close to the airport and free shuttles. The hotel was big, our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was deliciousness with a lot of varieties and options. My husband and I ordered our eggs and how we like them from the kitchen. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay before flying home."
