"Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and the rooms have all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Super convenient location - steps away from shops, restaurants and the Old Town, perfect for exploring. The owner also gave us tour of the ruins underneath the building, it was super interesting. "Family of 4 stayed here August 2025. The room was excellent, just be aware I don’t think there is an elevator (I may be wrong). The character of the building with Byzantine-era walls was outstanding. Good breakfast. EXCELLENT location for Old Town Plovdiv. Staff was super-helpful with sorting parking. Great communication prior to the stay. 10/19 - highly recommended! (Reviewed by 55-y.o. experienced traveler w/ teenagers from US)."

"It is listed as being located in downtown Plovdiv, but unfortunately, it is actually about a 25-minute walk from the city center. In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. The rooms at the back of the building are very dark and receive no sunlight at all.
