"A 5 star ibis. Tremendous effort by the staff here to provide a near luxury experience. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Communal areas are like a boutique hotel, not a chain. Large car park with electric chargers. On a retail park so numerous shopping options on the doorstep. "

"Tout était bien sauf un piège dans la chambre 316 une petite marche non vue par mon épouse qui s’est allongée en trébuchant. Votre hôtesse d’accueil a oublié de nous rendre notre clef de voiture heureusement ou malheureusement nous avions un double de clef. Nous nous sommes rendu compte après 250 km ! J’attends le retour de mes clés à mon domicile. "

"Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. Good to have the green tea option too which is often missed. Room was comfortable - the only slight negativity was the air conditioning which did little to cool down the room but it was a minor thing. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it was on offer. Would definitely stay here again. "
